Forms

There is functionality implemented in your school website for custom contact forms. An example of this that is on every district site is the form embedded in the Contact / Directions page, under the Our School menu (Example 1).

New custom forms can be created, but to ensure proper functionality, please contact the Help Desk to achieve this.
